The Waters Country House

The Waters Country House

10/10 Excellent
"This place is an absolute gem! Beautiful room (I had the family room in an annex building which had a kind bed and 2 single beds plus an en-suite). I applaud all the details. The king bed was a box bed with curtains and painted ceiling. The decor was just like the pictures show. The furnishings were carefully thought out. There was tea and games available right outside the room. Breakfast was described as buffet but was actually made to order. Hosts were unbelievably kind and attentive. You can tell they put their hearts in this place. Scenery was breathtaking. I highly recommend this place. My family turned and hugged me when they saw our accommodations. Amazing!"

Leonardo Hotel Galway

8/10 Good
"Extremely comfortable bed & pillows. Very quiet room. Outstanding location. I recommend. Parking garage next door, which is privately managed, was a head scratcher. Its a tight fit for a mid suze suv. Even though there are signs for a lift, there wasnt one - we looked on every floor both at arrival and departure. Lugging suitcases on stairs is not an Olympic sport. Upon departure the gate tried to change me E18 instead of discounted rate of 12. I had my ticket validated by the hotel desk but thats useless. You need to have the ticket validated a second time by the garage attendant."

The G Hotel and Spa

10/10 Excellent
"We arrived and our room smelled of smoke (it is a non smoking hotel) reception immediately upgraded us to a junior suite that was incredible. The most comfortable bed, the most luxurious bathroom with double shower and huge stand alone tub with tv on the wall. The room was very spacious and staff were excellent. The breakfast was outstanding, the lounge offered drinks and snacks. The spa was included with our stay and a great place to relax in the hot tub and steam room/sauna. The Latin quarter is only a ten minute taxi ride (do not take Uber it was twice the price!) I highly recommend this property."
