"The room was nice and clean had the one with a living room had 2 taste in the room. The breakfast is a great little spread from eggs to waffles cereal and bagels. The weekend we stayed it was fully booked lots of kids there and didn't care the parents were letting them race in the hallway but can't control other people."

"We have stayed here before. Affordable and everything is clean. However, they do not clean the rooms. We just kept asking them for towels, etc. The bathroom smelled like pee. Not sure why. No fan in the bathroom. The pillow/pillows smelled a bit. I asked for new pillow covers. They may have been new clean pillow cases, but if the pillows smelled under the covers, they do not smell clean. The rooms are great to include a stove, refrigerator, microwave. Breakfasts are amazing and free! There is an indoor pool. It is located in beautiful Ballantyne. Many places to eat, shop etc. Located close for us to visit our son. I am sure we will be there again."

"The elevator did not work the entire time we were there (5 days). After speaking with the elevator repairman, he said that the building was struck by lighting 2 years ago and the elevator has been off and on ever since. They don’t tell the guests that prior to checking in which is absurd. My mother in law could not go up the stairs so we had to switch to a first floor. The first floor room had a horrible chemical smell so they had to move her back to the second floor. I saw many semi disabled people having a very hard time getting up steep stairs and it was orettt sad. Please do not stay here if you need the elevator it probably won’t work !!!"

"I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and each time, it gets worse and worse. The lobby smells awful, the carpet on each floor is dirty and does not smell great. The bathrooms are horrible.. dirty and stained. DO NOT SLEEP ON THE PULL OUT SOFA! The mattress is worn and stained. The prices are way to high for this caliber of hotel. It reminds me of motel 6! I am very disappointed. The first floor is the cleanest but if you go up to the second and third floor, it’s just embarrassing. Do better ESA!"

"Arrived late night and room was with terrible odor. Next day left early morning and requested through Expedia to address this, came back late afternoon and nothing was done, room was not even made or cleaned! Definitely not staying at that property again!"
