"The property is huge and situated in a lovely area right on the bay. The only thing that is frustrating is how long and slow the check in process is. Both times I’ve stayed, I had to sit in the lobby waiting for multiple people to verify that the room was ready. Seems like they really ought to have a better system than the front desk sending the concierge who then sends the valet to physically drive over. Either housekeeping turned the room or they didn’t. "Every staff member was exceptionally polite and helpful! The room was just amazing as it very clean and the ocean front view was just spectacular! It was a short walk to many restaurants and the little strip, or they will call you a taxi for your transportation needs, if needed. I would definitely stay here again, and the scenery is just amazing the clear ocean water was just delightful!"

"First night, my wife was bitten a lot by mosquitos. I pointed it out the staff_all they can say that's normal to us. Our parking in the cabins is said to hold 4 vehicles. Again told the staff and asked if i can just park at the bottom. Being the property is on an uphill, it VERY dangerous to maneuver and park."

"This property was located in the heart of shopping, restaurants, beaches and local bus transportation; the buses is routed from the French side to Dutch side of the island. Customer service was great. On the other-hand, there was flashes coming from the ceiling light randomly in the room.,"
