"The residences itself was not bad but the check in experience was hell as they claimed they could not find my reservation n threatened to kick me out after checking me in!, despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue with Expedia. "clean room, great service, great view but north facing so when the sun is low in the sky ( ie in november when we went) the pool is in shade which can get a bit chilly. Imagine it is beautiful in summer. Spa has sauna and steam which is usually quiet so feels very personal and calm. would use again "
