"Excellent staff and cleanliness. Tasty and huge portioned breakfast. Just need better water temperature control in the shower as water gets either too hot or too cold without changing the shower knob position."

"Clean and spacious room. Nice buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Great location. But wifi is spotty in the room."

"Laundry service was a little pricey but other than that everything was great. In room service for dinner with plates like Mahi-Mahi and Chicken Pesto Pasta were incredible. Breakfast from Opulence Cafe which had an American Breakfast. With 3 types of meat, eggs, toast. In room massage therapist available 24/7. Quiet, elegant, great location. Hotel staff is friendly. Rainfall shower head. Bathrobes, in room safe, in room iron, WiFi, and most importantly. KING SIZED BEDS!"

"! Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, comfortable, and well-maintained. The atmosphere was relaxing, and everything we needed was provided. The staff/host was very accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and had a great experience. Thank you for making our visit memorable. We would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️"

"Location was quiet and close to the city. The room had a beautiful view of Baguio However the unit needs improvement on cleanliness. It needs deep cleaning When I opened the cabinets it stunk and had small roaches. The bathrooms are not so clean and finally it could use some de-cluttering too much furniture. I didn’t like the mattress laid on the floor in the living room. I hope I didn’t offend you with my comments. Sorry"

"The whole Building is Clean inside and Out.. Staff is on time when we arrived and when we check out she was quick 👍"

"We didn't expect that the toiletries will just be in sachet forms. For the price of the hotel at least they should be in little containers."

"Staff is friendly, place is roomy. View is good. Only thing is the place is tight to drive."

"Best of the best service highly recommended"

"Clean room and hallway. The food was okay. Nothing special and I think it is kinda overpriced compared to outside restaurants. The staffs are very polite and some are shy. I do want to address an issue because I sent a message to their messenger during the stay but no response at all."

"Shower water goes all over the CR floor. Barely any hot water."

"Breakfast was good."

"Nice quiet place for the night with free breakfast as a plus."

"Everyone is so great and I enjoyed our stay. The only thing that bothers me is the floor is not level and squeaky. Also the bathroom sink was clogged. We stayed for 2 nights and we had Natalia room."

"Clean room and spacious"
