The free breakfast was a major selling point for me and it was an excellent daily buffet from 6-10 AM. Check-in showed I had booked two rooms (I had one) but it was resolved within a few minutes. Staff in every area were eager to help. When and if I return to Baguio I’ll stay here again, I have no reason to consider a change.

This is our second stay and I chose a city view room, which was a different type from the last time. It was not a great view, but was open and relaxing with lots of windows. Some of the staff seemed to lack training, but in general they were very helpful and stress-free. We are planning our next stay for this upcoming December.
