"The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Price wise it could improve a little bit.
The hotel is close to a bus that takes you to the airport but a little separated from the city downtown. While the hotel is great the zone near the hotel is not so good, lots of homeless a few blocks away from the hotel. All things considered, I recommend it as it is still cheaper than other hotels next to the port."

"This property is amazing. Every staff member is phenomenal. From the young man who helped with our luggage to the gentleman at check in. He is extremely professional and helpful. He booked us an excursion that we are looking very forward to. The employees in the breakfast room are so sweet and polite. The young girl cleaning our room left it sparkling. The cleanliness of this hotel is next level. The location is perfect.
I would give this a 12/10!! We are very much enjoying our stay."

"The property is beautiful and in a great location, and the staff was wonderful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, several issues made the experience fall short of what we expected from a luxury hotel.
It would have been helpful if Expedia or the hotel had disclosed that the street in front of the property was being dug up. Although our taxi dropped us off near the hotel, we had to walk back and around the construction with our suitcases on a cobblestone street, which was not easy.
