"Yes the room was spotless, the entire hotel is spotless. And the staff were very helpful especially engin the receptionist. We made a mistake when booking and we only booked a single room and engin contacted the manager who upgraded us to a double room free of charge. I highly recommend serenity comfort hotel especially if you are in Istanbul for dental operations and cosmetic operations. Five stars all the round, the food is also excellent."

Restoran bolumu icin sunu soyleyebilirim , yemekler harika seflerin ellerine saglik , fiyatlar gayet makul , otel musterisi olmadan cevrede olan birisi iseniz muhakkak yemekleri deneyimleyiniz , tebrikler ederim ."

"So it was okay. The walls are thin so hopefully the people on your floor are quiet. The room itself was nice and clean, good room service. Breakfast was fine too. The guy at the front desk was uninterested in putting effort to accomodate me. Post surgery, I needed to order food and I had to plead in order for him to help me out by entering a local phone number code into the app. He ended up doing it, took him 2 seconds. But I didn't appreciate having to plead in the condition I was in. Otherwise...

"Everyone was so kind to us during our stay. It's very clean and the staff was beyond helpful. Parking wasn't an issue because the hotel always makes sure we had our car in the garage or safely parked on the street. There is a marker right across the street for snacks and drinks so we didn't have to go far. There are many café and late night food because we were up most nights "
