"Beautiful hotel with nice and helpful staff"

"Beautiful hotel, helpful staff. Look forward to returning"

"Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hat die Klimaanlage während unseres Aufenthalts nicht richtig funktioniert, was etwas schade war. "One night the air conditioning failed, and the staff offered little assistance. I asked for a different room, but they suggested opening the window and promised an AC mechanic would arrive tomorrow."

"The rooms were not smoke free. We couldn't control the AC or Heat. The staff was not nice. We would ask them to bring utensils up to our room and they never did. The breakfast was horrible. They gave the same breakfast everyday."
