"Parking is easy No hand soap, no shower gel. Ask about it at front desk was told it was ordered. We were there 2 nights. They did give us a bar of soap. Rooms smell somewhat musty. They need to take out the carpet."

"Arrived at the front desk, the gentleman checking us in was very short with us. When we walked into our room there walls were dirty, you could tell no one had washed or wiped them down in a long time. We immediately stripped the beds making sure there was no signs of bed begs. Upon stripping the beds we noticed stains on both sets of the sheets. Thankfully we did not spot any signs of bed bugs. The mirror above the sink had nit been wiped down for sometime. We had stuff for coffee but no coffe pot. The hair dryer was dirty. Walking into the bathroom the toilet had not been cleaned and the shower curtain had black mold on it. The ceiling had chipped and missing paint. The toilet was lose so when sitting down on it you had to be cautious. The remote for the tv was held together with scotch tape and it didn't even work. I would not recommend staying at this property. "

"Property looks absolutely terrible. The room had bugs and the ac didn’t work properly. The shower was clean. We came for a concert and couldn’t really switch at that point. Won’t stay there again "

"Many of the hotel guests seemed like unsavory characters, perhaps due to the hotel location. Most of the common areas, like the hallways/corridors and elevator were not clean. On the plus side at least one of the reception clerks was very helpful in dealing with a room key issue. "

"The hotel itself is extremely clean and well maintained. Felt safe and secure the entire time. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful when present. However, they were not always at their station. The cleaning staff was so sweet and helpful. Went to have breakfast at 0758 and it was nearly picked clean with no one in sight to restock. Several people were waiting. I would definitely stay here again!"
