Very nice place to stay. I stayed for 6 nights. Songkran festival just a street away. Owner was very friendly and helpful.

The owner and staff were very helpful and on first night owner drove us to a restaurant as the hotel is not near any restaurants.

Our 2 time there. Busy on the week end but quiet during the week. Warm welcome. Room spacious and clean. Good water flow in the shower. Good and quiet A/C. Delicious à la carte breakfast. cooked by the owner. Room made daily with new towels. Good hard mattress. Very pleasant stay. I would recommend it to anybody. The property is in a safe, quiet area next to the river. Our Garden Room was clean, spacious and with plenty of storage. The staff were very friendly and made sure you wanted for nothing. There was a good variety and plentiful breakfast that was served to you by the river. Transport was easily arranged for wherever you wanted to go, and at a reasonable cost. It was lovely to sit in the well maintained garden for a drink next to the river. Highly recomended.

Charming property in a development of 24 properties run by a very attentive owner and his daughter. Great location close to restaurants and attractions. Owner and his daughter always there to assist and show us around his menagerie of exotic birds. Fell in love with Simon the Parakeet who was very friendly.
