There was hair and visible stains on the bed, which is completely unacceptable. The entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. "My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The whole place was super clean. There was a fridge full of water, o.j., creamer, bagel variety and other items to snack on such as bananas, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, etc. We met one of the hosts who was wonderful. Various activities and places to eat listed on a white board. Very organized and helpful. Would highly recommend and will be coming back. "

The oatmeal was soupy water. And the Canadian bacon was a piece of ham barely cooked. And the French toast forget about it it’s just a piece of bread that they put some butter on and heated up. "Staff were nice, the place was clean and cute. We booked this last minute when we got to the first place we booked and realized we couldn’t stay so it was a relief to find this at the last minute. We ate dinner in the attached restaurant and it was good. Close to UConn. "

"The staff- when you could find them tried to be helpful. The walls are thin so we were kept up all night by loud groups on every floor. There is no security and people kept propping stairway door to outside open at night. Our keys cancelled out because staff person who gave us 3 keys did not know room card system can only handle two keys. It took hours to check in - not clear why.
