This stay is a gem- absolutely loved every moment. Terrific service and staff. Because it is a B&B, not every amenity is available but they do their best to accomodate your needs and wishes. A wonderful stay in a beautiful region of the world.

Friendly, helpful and charming staff

Staff were all lovely and could not do enough for you. Complimentary glass of their champagne on arrival was a lovely touch. Parking was on a very quiet street outside the hotel (effectively on-site). The continental breakfast was really good quality with option of having freshly cooked eggs if you wished. The rooms (we stayed in 2 different rooms) were both very comfortable, sensitively furnished and recently upgraded. A fridge, microwave, cutlery and glasses are provided to guests in a designated dining area if they wish to provide their own meals. We would also recommend the cellar visit, wine tasting and lunch. Very informative and the lunch was delicious. Overall a really lovely place to stay and we would certainly return there in the future if we are in the area.

What an amazing place and the staff were fantastic. Limited options for food in the evening but we used uber eats and used the dining room which was perfect. 14 euro in an uber to Epernay and the champagne houses, a 35 minute walk to Ay centre. A very enjoyable few nights away.

Underbara dagar i Ay!

Tillsammans med vänner spenderade vi 4 övernattningar på detta fantastiska boende! Supertrevlig service av alla anställda, bästa frukosten man kan tänka sig, och en fantastisk trädgård med pool. Boendet är så personligt. Vi var även med på en fantastiskt spännande och kul champagneprovning med Mattias. Deras champagne är supergod! Kan verkligen rekommendera ALLA detta boende.

Sylvie and her family made us feel so welcome, they are so friendly and helpful. The Château is emaculate and clean. We had the Garden room which was amazing. Already missing their dog Harry he is so friendly. We will definitely be back and we highly recommend.
