"If you’re thinking of staying here just don’t. The directions on the website for using public transport from the airport are incorrect. I ended up having to drag 80 pounds of luggage for 1.3 km. The staff acknowledged that their website directions are incorrect but didn’t apologize, or even offer to comp my breakfast. The hallways smelled heavily of disinfectant. The bed sheets had cigarette ash stains. The shower tile was covered in black mold, the sink wouldn’t drain, and the carpet stank of urine. I have photos. I ended up sleeping on top of the bed, not in it. I was too exhausted to go downstairs to the people who were so disinterested when I checked in. The pictures on the website showing beautiful views do not reflect reality, while it’s a safe enough area during the day with lots of workers present do not venture out alone at night. The Luas is right outside but you can’t access that service from the airport. If you do choose to stay here, opt for the expensive taxi ride from the airport, it’s safer and you won’t end up with your arm in a sling having wrenched your shoulder from dragging your luggage for so far. Any business can have a bad day, and that happens, but it’s how your employees handle the situation that matters most. The staff here need more training on and making things right."

"Room was large, clean, well appointed and quiet. Nice area of Dublin. Only a 25 minute walk to St. Stephens Green and Trinity College. Wonderful breakfast buffet with a large variety of choices and attentive staff. Front desk staff very friendly. Cleaning staff friendly and did a great job. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Very clean. Bed very comfortable. Slept extraordinarily well. Staff was on point, and pleasant. Excellent common spaces with lots of seating, nice lighting and plentiful charging stations. Room size was uncomfortably small, though. Could do with more hooks for hanging jackets, towels, etc. Bathroom light motion detector timer needs to be reset. Lights kept going dark while using toilet & ahower. Wash cloths and mini fridges would be welcome additions."

"It’s a beautiful hotel. We loved our room. But the star was the bathroom! Heated floors, heated toilet seat and a huge brass bathtub. We loved the breakfast choices and it was so nice not to have a buffet."

"Great location! Beautiful room. Luke is extremely helpful and very prompt in answering emails. The Dart is nearby at the Aviva stadium. The bus lines are close too! We took a bus from the airport. All within walking distance, there is a Centra, Avoca and Butlers Chocolate for a quick bite. A little further down the road Crowes Pub and a fantastic Italian restaurant. Walk in the other direction and two more places to eat. One gets very crowded."

"Wonderful hotel fantastic location with the Dublin express airport bus stop round the corner, tram stop right outside, supermarket across the road, loads of restaurants and next door to the 3arena. Far enough away from the centre to be quiet but only a 20 minute walk alongside the river if you venture that way. Room was great loved having a very functional kitchen area with everything you could want (including a washing machine) Would 100% recommend"
