"Idéal pour une escapade dans la région de Chantilly / Senlis. La chambre Chouette était propre, bien aménagé et le lit est confortable ! La vue sur le jardin dégagé est un grand plus avec la visite d’un écureuil au réveil. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, fait maison et servi avec bonne humeur ! Tout est nickel ;) La piscine était fermée car la météo n’était pas encore là, mais on a pu jouer au ping-pong avec mon fils. Merci pour tout"

"Room was nice and air conditioned. Nice sized bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Food on site was not good and overpriced. People who worked there didn’t seem to care. Hallways were very run down. It’s a close walk to the free airport shuttles. No need to pay the crazy shuttle prices advertised in the lobby. Free welcome drink was nice."

"Check in at 11:55pm was quick once through the line, staff was very friendly, the room was clean and tidy, pillows were comfortable. Didn’t have time to have breakfast or use any amenities. The concierge was excellent, top notch fellow working there!"

"Close to the airport. The hotel provided transportation from the airport to the hotel and from hotel to the airport. The hotel is in a small town and the restaurants and store are in walking distance. The hotel should put instructions on how to get to the hotel by bus."

"The property was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was also great, with a variety of offerings. My issue is that when we arrived I was not told about our executive room getting access to the lounge with drinks and a small continental breakfast. It caused a lot of confusion and I had to go to the room to contact Hilton. I tried chat and was on hold for 20 minutes, so I called and was told I did get the lounge, but was never given a card key for it. So I had to go back downstairs, get in...

"Room needs updating big time. Air conditioner didn’t work. It got fixed but very inconvenient when you’re tired. Toilet was separated from sink and shower. There is no way to wash hands after toilet use. Door to the toilet automatically shuts so no way to just head to sink without touching door knob. Very unhygienic. Check in and check out took too long because of limited staff who were not friendly at all. The wait staff at the restaurant was very nice. Food was okay."

"The easy hotel charged me when I went before time on the date I arrived and also charged me 20 uro when I check out after time even thought the reception told me when I went out in the morning which that I could check out before 1 pm. When I came back to the hotel at noon 30 minute another reception told me to pay for the late check out time. The second day of my living , the hotel did not clear and clean my room like any other hotel do."

"Beautiful destination town not far from CDG airport/Paris. This hotel boasts an excellent restaurant, large variety of rooms, and an incredibly kind and helpful staff that went above and beyond! The receptionists were bilingual and even offered to help solve some other travel issues we had that had nothing to do with the hotel. Can't wait to return! Suggest two nights."

"The room given had a washroom that was for a person with disabilities, which is not convenient when no needed and all water gets everywhere. I was not able to step into bathroom again after taking a shower."
