"The room was absolutely perfect , we were only there for a night. We traveled from Florence to Rome for our early morning flight. I had a issue with the check in process, because it was all new to me. The young man was kind enough to come to the property to show us how everything works, sorry i can't remember his name but he was absolutely amazing and very patient. Im looking forward to staying at this property on my next trip to rome. "
