Absolutely loved our experience here. We arrived early after an 11 hour flight and they had our room ready for us (even called in the cleaner early on a sunday so we could check in!). This could not be more appreciated as I was feeling ill after our flight and needed to lay down. The place was so clean, comfortable and Tula and her husband were so helpful and informative. They booked our airport transportation for us and a cab into the city. We could not of asked for a better place to stay for our first night in Athens.

Property Owners were very responsive to emails and messages sent. When requested, the property owners had a taxi driver to pick us up from the airport - and the typed sign with my name looked very professional, compared to other drivers waiting to pick up others from the airport. I was able to easily spot my name; compared to other signs written by hand. The property owners were exceptional, courteous and made us feel very welcome. We did not stay long as we had to leave the next day to head North to my grandfather’s village; they had the same taxi driver take us to the train station. Having the same taxi driver, who was exceptional, was very nice. The apartment we stayed in was just an exceptional and wonderful experience. The beds were so comfortable, especially after 14 hour journey by plane. You usually do not get such large rooms or beds while in Greece; so sleeping was like heaven at the Urban Residence. Having two full bathrooms in the apartment was also wonderful! The showers were hot and provided good pressure and relief after flying many hours. We wish we could have stayed longer; however, we will definitely keep Urban Residence in mind when we return to Greece.

Kort avstand til flyplassen, sentrum og to store kjøpesentre (Avenue mall og Golden hall). Et av de hyggeligste parene som driver hotellet, ordner og stiller opp til enhver tid. Hvis du skal på snartur til Marousi, så anbefales dette hotellet på det sterkeste. Moderne leiligheter og er akkurat slik bildene i annonsene er.

I have arrived to the property at around 6pm , it was easy to find by GPS.There was ample parking nearby and the lady helped me with getting familiarized with the apartment and surroundings. I had an early dinner at a taverna nearby recommended by the lady and I can say that it was excellent. The apartment was in perfect condition and I would give it a 5 out of 5 ! Keep up the good work.

Great place for families near Olympic village

The place was really clean and comfortable. It’s close to taxi stand. The older couple who runs the place are really sweet, helpful and treat you as if you’re part of their family. They waited up one night when we were out late, which caught us by surprise. As a tourist, the distance from the airport or from main touristic sites is a drawback approximately 20-30 minutes, but I would definitely recommend and stay there again. Great place for families!!

Geweldig ruim en modern, goed onderhouden appartement met buitengewoon vriendelijke service. Ruime keuken met eetgelegenheid, aparte (kleine) televisiekamer, ruime slaapkamer met veel kastruimte en prima badkamer. Eigen parkeerplaats. Met het verkeer in Athene wel plm. 30 minuten rijden naar het centrum, maar perfecte uitvalsbasis om de stad en de omgeving van Athene te zien.

Amazing apartment/hotel in a nice Athens location

We wanted to be close to the airport for our return flight to Canada yet we were not impressed with the hotels near the airport after reading the reviews. A Greek friend recommended Urban Residence for our last night in Athens after we flew back from Milos. The owners, Toula and her husband, were very welcoming even though we were only staying one night. The family thought of every detail for a comfortable stay when they renovated the units recently. The area is an upscale residential area and very clean. Our unit was well equipped with dishes and cooking utensils along with everything we needed for our stay, including quality linens and toiletries. We felt like we were in a family home instead of a rental property. The balcony was the full length of the unit and had very comfortable padded chairs for enjoying the view. We highly recommend the Urban Residence for your next visit to Athens. Staying there for our last night in Greece was a wonderful end to our trip. The only disappointment was that we were there for only one night and we wished could have stayed longer.

Great Urban Apartments in a residential area

We stayed here for two nights. The hosts John and Thoula were wonderful, helpful and informative. We arrived much later than expected due to baggage delay. They stayed in contact and stayed up to check us in and gave us a map with local food places that were good including those that were still open. The place was great, clean and cozy and the family loved it. We slept in later that we did in the entire trip.

First class service and calm area

Excellent service and great apartment. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Very welcoming and helpful management. (The quality of this surprised us) The neighborhood is a quiet residential area. The management is very helpful to arrange safe and price worth taxi when needed (but also only about 15 m walk to the metro station) I highly recommend to staying here

Wonderful place to stay

The room was clean, very modern and well equipped kitchen, living room and beds. Thoula (the owner) was very helpful and welcoming.
