"What you may not know about this property is that it is directly across a beach frequented by the locals. This beach has a smooth pebbleless entry point. A perfect place to swim laps. The sea seems a little calmer here than further down the stretch, There is also little swimming ‘holes’ created by formations in the rocks. The hotel is complete with lounges and umbrellas. Just a short walk, maybe a half a mile, and you come across the more popular beach areas complete with restaurants....

The driver said he had 50 years driving in Athens as a professional and was worried for me, he went to investigate if it was an actual place I could stay in. The person there seemed irritated, raised his voice because I could not understand the WiFi password (there were two written passwords & he could not explain which of the two options it was- it was the 2nd one). There was a dog barking several times throughout the night right...

"The apartment works for a quick stay. It is not luxurious and it has bare minimum toiletries. A 15min drive from the airport with a restaurant abd grocery store within a 2 min walk. I did not like that if you stay on the ground floor your access is from the side door that goes to the street and if you book on a high floor with 2 rooms, some do not have elevator access. The host was accommodating and attentive, but the place really does not reflect the luxury that is shown in the pictures. Beds...

"It is located right in the tourist area and is in an old mansion/building. the room has an updated bath which worked well, the bed was decent and the a/c was good. The breakfast was okay, not anything special compared to other places we stayed in Greece. One table does have a view of the Parthenon in the rooftop breakfast. For the price, we were expecting a bit more as we stayed a block away at another hotel a week earlier for a little more than half the price, we realize we should have...

"We enjoyed the location, the room was clean and the staff was friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel is very convenient to restaurants and shops. Highly walkable. The noise level outside was high, even very late into the night. That was a problem for us; otherwise, it was a lovely stay."
