"Very pleasant, clean and low stress place to stay while hiking the caminho. A little off the caminho trail but there is a well maintained hike and bike path from the center of Valença that will take you right to Alma Candida. Breakfast is very good too. "

"Very modern hotel with excellent breakfast (not included like every other hotel in Galicia. Interesting lighting arrangement in the hallways. Plenty of electrical outlets; we counting 9 in the room with 3 in the bathroom alone.

"Beautiful hotel right near the port and old town. We had a top floor room with a balcony and a limited view of the sea. The breakfast is on the rooftop and it is very well done with excellent food options. If you sit outside , be careful of the birds because they can be aggressive. We left our table to get orange juice and came back to the table within a minute to find our food was taken by birds. The room itself was on the smaller side but was updated with a gorgeous bathroom. "The staff was very helpful. Some of our walking party turned up sick and helped them find the bus stop to travel on. The room was clean, bed was nice and shower was great. We had a balcony. Morning breakfast was fresh and good. "
