"The hotel is surprisingly clean & quiet. The hotel staff are very polite & accommodating, and their uniform shows elegance. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of cuisines. The hotel have all the amenities a guest would ask for, including a pool & a restaurant. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a great one."

"The security guard did not allow us to go inside because there is no unit number in our booking. We called the number in the booking receipt at least 10x but no answer. We sent a message but no reply as of now.
Can I get a refund for my payment?"
"I have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff."
