"Travelled often to Japan so I already know the rooms are small, traveling for 19 days with 2 adults and one child. I am glad that I booked 2 rooms otherwise it would have been uncomfortable. A great location for public transport and many great restaurants."

"Excellent hotel! The breakfast buffet was a highlight, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms are a decent size by Tokyo standards. As a quick heads-up for others: there is a large step up into the bathroom, so you may want to contact the hotel if you have mobility issues (though it wasn't a problem for us). The property is clean and tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood. Being right next to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building gave us easy access to the observation deck and the...

"Breakfast is very good and variously. There is limousine bus station to Narita airport and Haneda airport in front of the hotel."

"The breakfast is one of the best things about our stay and the staff is awesome! Exceeded all our expectations"

"Good "

"Good view, nice location"

"Whilst the reception, bar and restaurant area is well maintained, with beautiful views, the rooms are in a very poor state. Old fashioned, dirty carpets, dated bathrooms. This should absolutely not be classed as 5 star. The breakfast was very good but the hotel clearly attracts a lot of business travellers (nothing wrong with that, it’s just a different vibe and some were lacking manners), and we had to watch a (presumably) instagram blogger setting up her table and taking repeated photos of...
