とにかく添備品が古い。スリッパは館内用・トイレ用共に内面が剥がれていて、館内用は取替てもらったが、それも古く歩き辛かった。風呂で使うボディタオルなどは擦り切れ、薄くて穴が空いている物もあった。館内じゅうたんは汚れがひどく、全般的に清潔感が欠けていた。 数年で複数回宿泊したが、今後は宿泊しないと思う。

ホテルの駐車場が満車で、提携のタイムズへ駐車してくださいとのこと。 自分が悪いのですが、駐車券を紛失してしまい、タイムズにとめているのでホテルは関与できないと、、、6000円支払出庫することになりました。 ホテルの駐車場に泊まれればそんなことにはならなかったのにと残念です。 入浴施設があるため、宿泊客ではない方もホテル駐車場を利用しているのか、とても残念でした。

部屋、温泉大浴場、露天風呂共にとても衛生的で気持ち良く料金できた。 冷暖房が時間によって切り替わり、暑ければ窓を開けるのはちょっと手間取ったかな。一番改善してほしいのはトイレの手拭きタオルを温泉大浴場に持ち込まなければならないこと。出来ればもう1本用意して頂きたい。温泉で使用した濡れタオルをまたトイレには戻したくないと思ったので。でもそれ以外は大満足でした。

チェックインの時の説明が多すぎて、連泊の時の掃除有無のことを聞き逃し、、掃除してもらえなかったのが残念、、よくみたり聞いたりすればよかったのかもしれないけど、、掃除がしてもらいたいときには意思表示しないといけないらしい、他のホテルは掃除がいらないときに意思表示するのが多いので、、、残念だった。あとは満足

역하고 매우 가깝고 뷰도 시원하고 조용하고 직원들도 매우 친절하고 좋았지만, 침구에서 쾌쾌한 냄새가 너무 많이 났고 화장실에서도 냄새가 안좋았어요. 사우나는 좋았습니다.
