Not happy with the room and long que for breakfast

Overall it was not that bad other than room and breakfast. Room was smaller than expected and bed was very wobbly. Hotel room seemed to smell a bit musty. I waited for more than 10 minutes in the restaurant for breakfast. It was so much crowded.

I have stayed here several times, but I am dissatisfied with the old-fashioned check-in procedure, which takes a lot of time. While I appreciate that they accommodated my check-in request before the scheduled time, the way they mentioned it—saying they had to make a special arrangement—felt outdated. They could have simply said, “Luckily, the cleaning was completed, so you can use the room,” or, from a risk management perspective, they could have informed me that the cleaning was not yet finished. Overall, I feel that the hotel's efforts to improve quality are lacking compared to other establishments.

駐車場は建物から1分程の屋外でしたので、雨の日は少し不便でしたが、1泊千円で出し入れ自由なのは有り難いです。 高い建物なのでエレベーターを待つ事が多い気がしました。 4人でトリプルのお部屋に簡易ベッドを用意して頂いての宿泊でしたが、寝るだけの我が家には申し分のない居心地でした。 キャリーケース置きも有りますし狭くて不自由ということはなかったてす。 スパも広くて清潔で毎日利用しました。 廊下に共用のお手洗いがあったらなと思った位で、とても良いホテルでした。 ドアにプレートをしなかった為に、4日間の内の3日目の夜に部屋に帰ると全て綺麗にして下さっていて、何だか申し訳なくなってしまいました。 翌朝帰るのにベッドメイクまでありがとうございました！ 最後まで気持ち良く過ごさせて頂けました！

It’s in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants. You have to park a few blocks from the hotel, but it’s a quick walk. The Nepalese restaurant adjacent to the hotel was phenomenal. The room was fine, nothing special. The rooms are a bit more dated than the Lobby would suggest.

施設は古さが目立ちますが、スタッフの方はとても親切。水回りの清潔さがもう少し欲しいのと、レストラン階のトイレは床が油でベタついてます。一階もややステーキの臭いが漂ってます。
