The hosts were friendly and helpful to share about transport and food options, and answered my questions when I had difficulty navigating Furano (my first time in Hokkaido). As a solo traveler without a car, I am grateful that they picked me up on my first day and sent me to the bus stop on my last day. House is very comfortable and spacious. Thanks Penguin and Jane for being such great hosts!"
"The room was very spacious and new. The location is fantastic if you are driving. Close to many amenities like convenient shops and restaurants (within 15 mins drive or less). Free laundry near lobby area.
However, parking is limited on property."

"Some rooms has refurbished, the mattress quite old although the staff try to give the best service mind but some case can’t be replace for it such as the time limit for breakfast start at 7am till 8:30 was time out then staffs hurry up to close down even a drink corner was immediately empty ☹️"
