The hosts were friendly and helpful to share about transport and food options, and answered my questions when I had difficulty navigating Furano (my first time in Hokkaido). As a solo traveler without a car, I am grateful that they picked me up on my first day and sent me to the bus stop on my last day. House is very comfortable and spacious. "Rooms were clean with amenities. Service staff (Dorothy) is friendly and helped recommend dining places and things to do around Furano. It’s convenient if you have a car and parking was not an issue as there’s a large parking area about 3-5 mins away by foot if you can’t parked at the smaller carpark beside the hotel. It’s just around a ski slope but we didn’t make use of that since we went in summer."

"We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts are very friendly, helpful, and communicative. The bus stop is within 3 minutes walking distance and the train station is within 30 minutes walking distance, but the bus can also take you to the station. The property is very well maintained and clean, with all needed amenities provided including washer and dryer.
