"The property is small and very comfortable. It's located in Bo Kaep, a lovely neighborhood known for its colorful houses and Muslim community. It's walkable to the waterfront and other places. The rooms are suites, with kitchen and sitting areas. Besides being well maintained and having a great breakfast included, the staff is excellent. Every person I met was friendly and helpful. "Everything was great. 1. Mainly the daily maintenance and stuff behaviour was so good. 2. I reached around 12 pm and the check in time was 3 pm, I requested them for early check in and they immediately gave me one clean room, thanks for that. 3. "We absolutely loved our time here! For comparison, earlier we stopped over for one night in Cape Town during our trip and stayed at a supposed luxury hotel directly on the V&A Waterfront. It was awful. We were so glad we had booked a different hotel (The Taj) when we returned to Cape Town the second time, for our final leg of our South Africa trip, a 3 night stay before returning home. "Great location close to the V&A waterfront. A shuttle bus and a canal boat shuttle is available to take you the short distance to the waterfront. Excellent food and incredible staff. "The place was amazing! So clean, room was great, loved having a washer/dryer after traveling a week and then getting to this hotel… it was awesome to wash clothes! They were very accommodating and ask several times if we were enjoying our stay. The parking garage was even sparking clean! Our shows squeaked when we walked. The location was a little bit off the waterfront, but well worth the money we saved not staying on the waterfront. We will definitely stay there again when we come back!"
