"Everything was great. 1. Mainly the daily maintenance and stuff behaviour was so good. 2. I reached around 12 pm and the check in time was 3 pm, I requested them for early check in and they immediately gave me one clean room, thanks for that. 3. There are some good restaurants in the neighbourhood, so it’s convenient. I have some suggestions for the house though: 1. One exhaust fan in the toilet will be helpful. 2. The bathroom door should close properly otherwise unwanted smell from bathroom...

"The property is new and modern and a lovely place to stay long or short term. It is worth noting that there is only street parking or paid undercover parking around the corner. There is construction on the building next door and if your room faces the street it can be quite noisy all hours of the night. "Conveniently located by shops and restaurants/ bars on Long Street, this hotel is clean and really nicely decorated. The breakfast was delicious, the beds super comfy, the bathrooms modern, and the rooms nice and quiet. What really stood out was how thoughtful and helpful the staff were — especially at the front desk. I've stayed here a couple of times now and can't wait to come back next year."

"Clean and spacious room, with a full kitchen (although I didn't use). A complimentary bottle of wine upon checking in, as well as 2 bottles of water daily are provided, which is a very nice gesture. One drawback: the wall outlets are generally not suitable for most international travelers, but it should be easy to borrow an adapter from the front desk. Breakfast is decent, and the Chinese/Japanese restaurant at the hotel is pretty good. Other than that, one needs to go a bit farther distance...

"Spacious & clean room in a beautifully restored building. Staff very pleasant & helpful. Breakfast selection was adequate. Dined in the restaurant for dinner which was excellent. Only negative is the location, a bit far away from V&A waterfront & mall out the front of hotel felt a little unsafe at times."
