"The property is new and modern and a lovely place to stay long or short term. It is worth noting that there is only street parking or paid undercover parking around the corner. There is construction on the building next door and if your room faces the street it can be quite noisy all hours of the night. "The property is small and very comfortable. It's located in Bo Kaep, a lovely neighborhood known for its colorful houses and Muslim community. It's walkable to the waterfront and other places. The rooms are suites, with kitchen and sitting areas. Besides being well maintained and having a great breakfast included, the staff is excellent. Every person I met was friendly and helpful. "Clean and spacious room, with a full kitchen (although I didn't use). A complimentary bottle of wine upon checking in, as well as 2 bottles of water daily are provided, which is a very nice gesture. One drawback: the wall outlets are generally not suitable for most international travelers, but it should be easy to borrow an adapter from the front desk.
