"Stayed 3 nights to visit events in Harrogate. Super clean hotel in excellent condition, pet friendly with plenty of grassy areas to walk out dog on a leash. Being located on a service area there are numerous food outlets Greggs, Costa Coffee, Cornish Pastie Co, M&S Foods, etc). We had an accessible room as my wife had just had foot surgery, so she found the accessible shower room ideal, with plenty of grab bars. The bed was large and very comfortable for us. Tea / coffee facilities in the room....

"staying at the easy hotel was good. I was staying alone and had a double room. I opted for a window...you cannot open them. the bed was comfy...the pillows in my own opinion are not too comfy. toilet and shower was very clean. I took a travel kettle so that made my stay fine. lots of shops and food around. I paid 110£ for Monday and Tuesday so good value. it was quiet both nights "

"We were attending an event at Harewood House so only needed a one night stay. Haley's Hotel is set in a lovely quiet area with some beautiful Grade II listed houses in a tree lined road. The hotel was very clean, comfortable with a charming country house elegance.The staff were very welcoming and Haley's has the added bonus of on site parking. "Staff were amazing when it appeared my booking had someone been made double and a duplicate one made. When i explained I'd used app to make my initial booking only, they were extremely helpful to make sure that the duplicate pne got cancelled and that I would only be charged for the initial one. Also when shower door had come of its front runners I explained to staff at front desk and it was looked into after I'd left for a show at Arena that same evening.
