"The place was not as upscale and updated as we expected from the photos. It could use a refresh of its rooms and decor but it was fine in terms of lodging. The staff though were very welcoming and helpful at the front desk and at the restaurant. Five stars for them. We were disappointed that there wasn’t much water access to the ocean as it was low tide during the day. This might be a seasonal issue so you might want to consider that. It was the beginning of April when we stayed."

"Hue Hotel is very nice. The breakfast had a very good selection. The quality of room was good. The only problem we had was the thermostat was not adjustable, either to warm or to cold."

"From the time we stepped onto the property everything was amazing, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was very clean, the rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated. The property at night was very quiet, they have a restaurant on site but me and my wife wanted to explore the area and dined out but stopped back for a few beverages, breakfast in the morning was delicious and plentiful, they offer free transportation to the airport. I definitely recommend this place "

"I would definitely stay here again! The beds were so comfortable. The pool was amazing. Within walking distance to Robinson, Starbucks, Jollybee, chowking, specially if you did not want to eat at the hotel. However, we did enjoy the food at the hotel and the 24 hour bar and food service. "

"Great place to stay in puerto. Baywalm is a few minutes walk from here, theres a cool church nearby and lots of restaurants a supermarket and a couple malls within walking distance. Staff was great and respectful, very safe area for late night walks and the room itself very clean and everything working fine, ac, hot shower, 5 stars out of 5 from me. Thank you alvea"

"Excellent location ; near shopping and airport. Big rooms and bathrooms and comfortable beds with fresh, clean sheets. Helpful staff; excellent breakfast choices; love the fresh juices; omelets, waffles and pancakes freshly cooked. Pool is well maintained with inflatable pool floats for kids. There is also a small play room next to the restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay."

"I rarely leave reviews but I feel this place deserves it. Everything was on point, from the pool, to the food, the cocktails and the super friendly staff. Super recommended!"

"The place was very clean and organized and the staff were very helpful. The receptionist help us outside to get a tricycle for our ride to city centre which we could have done it ourselves but they go up and beyond to help us. We wanted to stay longer but our time was so slim. We will comeback to this hotel again. Highly recommended "

"My family stayed there for 4 days, rooms have termites, there’s a charge for changing towels and cleaning the room before the third day. The whole time that we were there they never clean the room, I can't recommend it to people, but the decision is still up to them."
