The staff were very helpful. The food was excellent. It was clean and overall good value for the money I gave. My room and parts of the hotel was dated and in need of repairs. If they renovated and upgraded the hotel it would be 4 or 5 star. It is near the bus stop with access to pick ups for trips and to visit local towns.

Excellent stay. Food really nice, lots to choose from. The entertainment team work hard. Receptionist and a few of the bar staff a little rude but not all. Rooms dated but has everything you need and spotlessly clean. Residential area although bus outside on main road to Los Christanos €3 return. Two Great bars next door if you fancy a change.

Dieses Hotel ist das letzte schäbige Loch!!!! Gebucht haben wir u.a. deswegen, weil das Hotel damit wirbt, einen Mini Club zu haben in dem die Kinder bespaßt werden und dort mit anderen Kindern die Zeit verbringen können. Dieser Mini Club hatte zu. • Das Essen im Restaurant können Sie sich so vorstellen: Ein großer Raum, auf den Tischen Papiertischtücher, an den Fensterrahmen auf Tischhöhe Spinnwegen und ca. 10 tote Fliegen als „Beilage“. Das Essen war ungenießbar. Rührei (zum Frühstück) wurde aus Pulver angerührt und hatte mit der Konsistenz eines Ei‘s nichts mehr gemein. Der Fisch hat so geschmeckt, als ob er ein halbes Jahr hinter dem Fischkutter mitgeschleppt wurde und der Rest war ebenso ungenießbar. Wirklich eine Zumutung. • Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen wo im halbe Stunden Takt Flugzeuge landen und man mit einem sehr hohen Lärmaufkommen rechnen muss. Diese Bude war in einem ca. 50 Jahre alten Zustand. Nichts aber auch wirklich gar nichts war unbeschädigt. • Für unseren Sohn wurde kein Bett/ Sofa bezogen, das musste ich nachdem ich mir bei der Rezeption Laken geholt habe selbst machen • Küchentür zum Mülleimer hängt • keine Türen im Kleiderschrank • Kleiderschrank schmutzig/ungeputzt/ kaputt • Scheuerleiste Schlafzimmer ungeputzt und kaputt • Spinnweben an Decke überall • An jedem Türrahmen komplett Farbe abgeblättert, da es x- Mal überstrichen wurde • durch Balkontür pfeift Wind, da sie gar nicht richtig schließbar ist.

We had a lovely. Holiday at don pedro as we did last year we took my sons fiancée. This year and as kirk and sue have disability we were so pleased with the staff and animation team it made there holiday. Brilliant and we had to apartments opersite each other there's with a walk in shower which we requested we will defiantly. Be going back next February. Thank you all so much

Обслуживание хорошее. Питание замечательное. Свободное время продумано очень хорошо. Одно единственное замечание- очень удивило что в ванной комнате за неделю нам предложили два маленьких кусочка мыла и все. Ну в расчете что везде есть минимум моющих средств не брали с собой ни шампунь, ни гель для душа. Очень удивила экономия именно на этих мелочах. А в общем будем Вас рекомендовать знакомым. Für unsere Zwecke absolut ausreichend

Wollten uns ein paar Tage von der Arbeit erholen, dafür war das Hotel absolut ausreichend. Wetter Ende Nov. war auch schön, konnten gut am Pool liegen und unser All Inclusive an Poolbar genießen. Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, besonders die Animateure waren sehr nett und haben spaßige Aktivitäten angeboten. Ein paar nette Engländer und Iren waren auch da. Das Essen war sehr reichhaltig und das meiste war auch lecker.

Good 3* All Inclusive

The hotel was in close proximity to shops and restaurants and a 15 minute walk from Las Galletas. The food and drink was good - exactly as would be expected of a 3* all inclusive hotel. There is one bar by the pool, the draft beer is San Miguel and is decent. There is one buffet restaurant. The All inclusive is 10.30pm - 10.30pm. The rooms are a good size and are cleaned daily. The Wifi is not free. Towels are provided in the rooms. There is a kids mini club and entertainment each evening. The hotel could do with a little bit of a spruce but it is well worth the price paid for all inclusive. We left late afternoon and there was a luggage room with a shower and change room available to use. Locally, the food and drink isn't expensive and there is a supermarket close by. The bus into Los Cristianos is 1 euro 50.

Friendly Hotel

The bedrooms are tired looking and not vey inviting, but the staff and food was very good. For a buget holiday I would recommend this hotel, but if you are looking for luxury you need to try somewhere else

Vi var i Teneriffa under vecka 8. Sammantaget var resan en positiv upplevelse: Vädret var bra även om det var något svalare i Costa del Silencio än i Los Chritianos. Vi bodde i en studio, vilken inte var som vi förväntade oss, kallt och dragit. Den största delen vistade vi utomhus vid poolen eller i Los Christianos. Då vi åkte tidigt avresedagen och vi hade all in clusive förväntade vi oss någon slags frukost. Receptionisten sa att det skulle ordnas. Frukosten som då serverades var Kaffe/te, vitt bröd med marmelad och croissant, vilket var en stor besvikelse.
