Das Apartment war ziemlich verwaist, staubig, ohne jeden Wohlfühl-Charakter. Hab selbst etwas sauber gemacht... Ich war nur 1 Woche - Motto: Augen zu und durch - länger hätte ich es nicht ausgehalten!

When we arrived we had a room on the 15th floor which had excellent views, however the room was in desperate need of refurbishment; that said, as soon as the Manager of the block became aware of our concerns, he offered us a replacement room. We switched to room 108 on the 10th floor which had stunning views across the bay to the East all the way round across the harbour up to Mount Teide. The room and furniture was very clean and as expected, and all the appliances and amenities worked OK. We visited in the last week of February 2020, and there was adequate parking in a secure underground car park for which you can request a keyfob from the reception. The reception is located on the ground floor and there is a well stocked Iceland supermarket on the same level. There is also a sports bar "Legends" located on the same floor, which appeared busy most of the time, but did not interfere with our stay. The pool area is large and includes a children's paddling pool. It has plenty of space and catches the sun right through the day; it is also possible to access the promenade via a locked gate for which we were given a key on arrival. The beach area in front of the hotel is great for snorkelling ! There is no restaurant within the complex, but directly across the road there is a small strip of about eight restaurants, including pizza, sports bar restaurant, Chinese, Indian and traditional English menus such as roasts etc, and all appeared good value for money.

This property enjoys a great location next to the beach and as such offers great sea views from the balcony. The staff are friendly and helpful, with multiple cleaning visits during the week. However the property does look tired and although actually very clean, it feels “grubby” because of its worn out state. The apartment I was allocated had it’s unit dividing the kitchen and living areas removed, meaning the already poor appearance was made worse by loose floor tiles where the unit originally sat. There is also quite a lot of noise between 9pm and midnight from two competing karaoke bars across the street. Overall I felt satisfied with what I got for my money, and would probably stay again.

L'appartamento è un po vintage, ma pulito e con vista dal balcone sull'oceano "da cartolina". Silenzioso e spazioso. Non maca nulla e il servizio accoglienza 24/24 è eccezionale. La cortesia e la disponibilità stupiscono. Piscina pulita e ampia, supermercato interno, sala biliardo e bar.Comodo a spiaggia, ristoranti e negozi, ma fuori del caos turistico. Torneremo sicuramente.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es gibt einen Parkplatz. Leider keine Waschmaschine. Der junge Nachtpförtner war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch bei nächtlicher Anreise um 1:30 Uhr. Gegenüber gibt es einen guten Supermarkt.

Varasin asunnon netitse itselleni ja sisarelleni. Huoneisto oli meille juuri passeli; rauhallinen sijainti ja ilmansuunta paras merenrannan tuntumassa. Hotelli hyvin hiljainen, pääsääntöisesti eläkeläisiä? Parveke valoisa aamiaiselle, aurinko lämmitti koko päivän. Huoneisto siisti ja käytännöllinen. Siivoojat ystävällisiä ja avuliaita. Kaikki toimi hyvin. Lähellä oli hyviä ruokalupaikkoja..meteliä ei ollut. Rannan tuntumassa mukava ravintola josta sai ruokaa ja drinksuja. Alueella luontoa, hiekkakenttä koirien ulkoiluttajille, taustalla vuoret vaeltajapolkuineen. Kaikenkaikkiaan positiivinen kokemus. Ainoa miinus; kuvan mainos lupaa uima-allasalueen, jonne avaimet eivät käyneet? Tosin nautimme merestä, joten se ei ollut ongelma varsinaisesti. Voin suositella paikkaa, jos haluaa rauhaa, merellistä maisemaa ja luontokokemuksia. Menopaikatkaan meteleineen eivät kaukana. Satama risteilyaluksineen kävelymatkan päässä. Hotellirakennuksessa pieni ruokakauppa, lähellä marketti. Bussiterminaali kävelymatkan päässä.

Siirryimme tähän hotelliin, koska toinen Hotelli joka oli myös teiltä varattu Peru Plaza Puerto de la Cruz oli hirveä. Naapurikiinteistön pihalla soitettiin erittäin kovaäänistä musiikkia joka ilta klo kahteen yöllä. Huoneeseen sisään ja korvatulpillakin nukkuessa meteli kuului.
