"Staff at front desk are so clueless although I paid true Expedia they charged me full price on check in when I mentioned I have paid true Expedia she said she will credit me, on checkout the charges me full prices on my credit card again when I mention she argued with me tha No she only charged me 81 dollars when I showed her my credit card she told meat is wrong I had to call me credit card comp at and file fraudulent charge on the two charges "

"This is a great no frills spot which gives you what you need and doesn't charge for what you don't. Our room was clean, amazingly quiet ( we had 2nd flr rear) and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small but very clean and the shower was great. Breakfast was just coffee and pre- packaged pastry but we had breakfast both mornings at Thornton's, maybe 1 minute away. The Prudential T stop is maybe a 2 minute walk. Parking was super. Hotel is located across from the plaza of the Christian Science Mother church (the tour of which, together with the Mapparium was well worth the time even tho that's not why we're there) which is lovely. The desk staff seemed to be students and they were great as well. Thinking of reasons I need to go back. "

"room door lock was not functioning smoothly. only one elevator working and often had long wait. towels and bedding not great. no free coffee in lobby because theres a starbucks."

"Great hotel. Large, well appointed room. Great lighting. Fabulous bathrobes! I was not crazy about the accessible shower with no shower door, but not a big deal. Dinner at the restaurant was underwhelming, however."

"Not a good value for your money. Even though the hotel is just about adjacent to Fenway Park the Hotel more than doubles it's rates when there is a game at nearby Fenway."
