"Great staff and well optimized rooms…they take well care of guests. Also, hardwood floors in the room always help with cleanliness.
The only eyesore was the hallway carpets, which had imprint of flooding in some areas.
Also, with kids it’s best to have Netflix, etc app directly installed on tv so we could log into our accounts, but had to figure with some hassle thru pairing with my own device."
"Amazing quiet location in central Prague with super friendly staff from front desk to breakfast, that made us feel welcome. Our large family apartment with double height ceilings was amazing, clean and spacious. Breakfast had so many choices, and was a daily highlight for our family. Everything exceeded our expectations. "The hotel is lovely. Very quirky but super efficient with their use of space in a small room. Breakfast was very good and bathroom products are high end, Byredo. The only complaint is that there was a pretty foul smell on our floor for the majority of our stay. They used an air freshener to mitigate it but it didn’t mask it well. Also, while very clean, the sauna and steam room was not working well. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay. "
"The room was spacious and comfortable, however, it was a long walk from the elevator. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar/restaurant and the eclectic lighting and decor. Easy walking distance to Old Town and Astronomical Clock. Several decent restaurants in the area for dinner. A bit noisy outside."

"I loved my stay at this hotel :) The room was clean and stylish and the internet was super fast, which was great for my business trip. It's in a perfect spot, close to the metro and tram. Plus there are plenty of cafes and grocery stores nearby. The mall Atrium Flora is about 5 minutes away from there. I definitely recommend it! :)"
"Old hotel in a central location, with a lot of character and in excellent condition. Very comfortable accommodations, clean and a responsive staff. Although we didn't have breakfast, buffet looked great. Very reasonable rate for the time of year. Would certainly stay there again."
