"The hotel is right across from the main train station which was super-convenient, and there is a tram stop around the corner. The room was well-designed and the staff members were all friendly and helpful. We had a bit of a snafu the final evening and the staff worked hard to rectify it as soon as possible, which was great. All in all, a good experience and we'd consider staying in a Miss Sophie's property again in the future. Thanks so much!"

"We had a room with sofa bed. The room is relatively big and so is the toilet. The drinks in the fridge were free and replenished daily. All of staff were very nice. friendly and helpful. If I would ever visit Prague next time I would stay there again."

"Great breakfast with attentive staff, room perfectly maintained each day, beautiful decor and a quiet but not boring neighborhood away from the busier downtown area. Very accessible with Bolt/Uber and police transport. In the summer the AC is not too powerful, so keep that in mind if booking higher floors that get baked in the sun. Will definitely have this hotel as a #1 choice whever we come back."

"Wir hatten hier einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Das Hotel ist super gelegen, wir konnten alles zu Fuß erkunden. Die Mitarbeiter/innen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sauber und modern eingerichtet. Man sollte nur berücksichtigen, dass der Aufzug nur bis in den 5. Stock fährt, das Hotel ist aber im 6., für uns war das kein Problem, aber für Rollstuhlfahrer, oder mit Kinderwagen wäre das natürlich problematisch. "

"What we loved: Location is excellent. Staff is very attentive and courteous. As a married couple with a 2-year old, the garden is just perfect to hang out safely (the peacocks were a plus, and our toddle loved them!). The room (we had a suite) was also perfect for our needs with the little one, including a fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast is very nice too, as are the cocktails. "my disappointment was regarding the excessive noise caused by housekeeping during my stay at your hotel. Starting from around 8:30 a.m. every morning, the housekeeping staff began cleaning the rooms on our floor. Unfortunately, this involved repeatedly slamming room doors and using vacuum cleaners in the corridors for an extended period of time. The noise was extremely loud, and because the soundproofing between the rooms and the corridor is quite poor, it was impossible to continue resting. I...

"Die Zimmer waren sauber, das Personal nett und hilfsbereit. Für den Preis war das Frühstück in Ordnung. Ein kleiner negativer Punkt: Das Fitnessstudio befindet sich leider mit der Sauna im gleichen Bereich, wodurch die Luft heiß ist und dass Training kaum möglich. Ein paar mehr Geräte wären auch nicht schlecht. Insgesamt sind wir aber mit dem Hotel zufrieden und können es nur weiter empfehlen."
