"No hassle checkin. At 1:30 am it was perfect. We had prepaid. Within 5 - 10 mins of our arrival we were in our room. Staff was friendly and the service was great. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. There were 2 free bottles of still water and the bathroom was clean. The room was small but adequate for our needs. We would stay there again."

"My husband & I had to travel from the other end of the country to visit an elderly relative in the nearby hospital, and needed a reasonably-priced last-minute room for 2 nights. This fitted the bill perfectly, and I knew we'd made the right choice when I spoke to the Manager. What a lovely guy: friendly, honest, helpful, straightforward, and so easy to deal with. Many hotel managers could take a lesson from him.

"Our stay at acorn lodge was wonderful! Just what we needed after a long day of travelling. Super speedy check in even at midnight! Bed was comfy, shower was powerful. Breakfast was fab, lots of choice and really tasty. "

They also offer airport transportation at a reasonable price, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises."
