"Stayed here for my sons AF BTS graduation. Was clean and comfortable. Felt safe. 13 min drive to base without traffic and 20 min from Riverwalk. Close to shopping and resturants. Breakfast was good but was available from 6 to 10 and we were not able to use it because of 5am arrival at the base. Main Event activity center was walking distance."

"My family and I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. To begin with, the elevator was not working, yet we were assigned a room on the third floor, which was inconvenient. Additionally, our room was missing basic amenities, including bathroom soap and body lotion. The service in the breakfast area was also concerning, the staff member in charge was rude to both children and other guests. We checked in late, and when we raised our concerns, the only option offered to us was to cancel our reservation, rather than assisting with relocation to another hotel. Furthermore, communication at the front desk was difficult, as staff demonstrated limited English proficiency and poor customer service skills. The ac unit was really loud as well Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations."

"Jerry, the front desk clerk, was amazing he made my stay very convenient, comfortable, and was so very sweet and nice. However, the breakfast hours are too short. Closing at 9 am doesn't give or allow guest to get up and get a hot breakfast. Should be open until 11am."

"Lost Clothing"

"Checkers easy but they have it set up where you pick up the parking pass and get caught by the sale lady who was pushing the time share there. Property seems to be run down. Nothing special, glad I don’t have a time share here. "

"Very great place to stay, very clean. Only thing i did not like was how the showers did not get hot enough but other than that it was a pleasure to stay. "

"Bread was a little hard"

"Overall stay was. Good with everything you need all around. However was given a 4 star due to bathroom being duty. Showered was DIRTY. Looked like it had not been cleaned in abit and had several pieces of hair. It was enough for my young child to say she did not want to use it because of how it looked. Then called front desk a few times and no answer. Had to clean it myself with wipes. Breakfast was your basic free breakfast but was good and fresh. Rooms were cold which is a plus. Not sure if id stay again unless if i had to seaworld since it really cloae. "
