Everything was awesome, comfortable bed and pillows, clean room i would just say the countertop was a little dirty but didn’t affect my stay overall. The breakfast was really good, lots of options. Will definitely stay here again

The Place was awsome. Staff super is very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was delicious!!! Super close to sea world. We had a view of the park from our room.

This property is only a month old. It’s clean, beautiful and new. It’s quiet even though it’s by the highway.

PROS: The rooms are brand new, so very clean. Staff is friendly and wants to help. CONS: (1) There is zero mention anywhere that housekeeping only comes every other day so if you stay 2 nights, you will never see housekeeping (after learning this, I asked for more towels and coffee - they were acknowledged, but never arrived - had to make a second trip to the front desk to retrieve them myself). (2) Parking is billed at $4.99 a night + $.30 tax and I had to hunt around on the website to finally find this info since it came as a surprise at check-in. (3) HVAC system is 6 feet from your head while sleeping so expect to choose a hot room or white noise all night. NOTES TO MANAGEMENT: Would be better if you just added $5.50 to my total bill rather than giving the illusion of being nickel and dimed with parking fees. Communication is key to a great relationship - place an obvious note in the room about your cleaning schedule because if I knew in advance about this, it wouldn't bother me.

New and Clean, but Awful Stay

Short and sweet, a hotel with a lot of noise and clogged toilets is a terrible stay. The room toilet never flushed and the common toilets were clogged at all.
