"This was an unusual property/experience. The main door is located on a busy street in a sketchy area. The apartment is on the 3rd floor (2nd floor for Europeans). As there is no on-site staff, pre-check-in is handled through email, including passport submittal, etc. We arrived on Saturday morning in time to return a rental car before they closed at noon. "Staying here was an incredible experience! Loris and Ambra are perfect hosts. Loris helped me arrange transportation to and from the hotel - and he carried all of our bags to and from the hotel!
