He helped us secure airport transfers from FCO to the door of 7 Bells Guest House, and recommended a great local restaurant for our first dinner in Civitavecchia. "Large room and decent size bathroom. Stayed 1 night pre cruise and it was good value for what we needed. Especially of note is that the hotel offers both airport and cruise port shuttle. The room and public areas were very dated. The only specific negative in our room was the terrible whining noise that was activated with the bathroom light. Not brilliant for nighttime trips to the loo. We would use this hotel again as it ticked all of our boxes. "
