"We are regular visitors to Civitavecchia and have always stayed along the seafront, so we were initially a little apprehensive about booking accommodation further into the town. However, Gallery Suite proved to be an excellent choice. The location was much quieter than the seafront while still being within easy walking distance of the main streets, shops, and restaurants. "Well, first of all the air-conditioning in Italy is controlled. And it was very hot in the rooms and they had no way of making it cooler. The breakfast was really good Overall, the staff were very unfriendly. It was like you were a bother if you ask them a question. The language barrier seemed to be a problem, but instead of trying, they just would not answer you or be rude. I would not recommend this hotel"
