"The staff were very friendly and accomodating. We were there in the off season and arrived in a heavy rain and the staff made the check in process easy. We did an excurision for the hotel in a long boat to the islands with our guide Pong. I highly recommend it was great experience swimming in the lagoon, enjoying the beach and observation tower. "The rooms are amazing. Very clean, spatious, and lots of free water. They have an espresso machine in every room. The views were great too. Finally, the unforgetable staff. All staff were friendly and always willing to help in any way possible. There are a few steps and hills to get to some rooms, but most are accesible via elevator and or buggy transfer (available 24/7). 7/11, subway, mcdonalds are all very close by if you need those comforts from home, and the rooms are far enough away from the street music, so you can always get a restful sleep. Awesome job to all staff. It was a great stay."
