"Gave us wrong room. Wasn’t as picture showed. Garbage everywhere. Limited access to basic services. Dint want to do breakfast that was supposed to be included. And breakfast was not good enough to eat. "
"The resort was as advertised. Lots of pools to swim, lots of picnic cottages to choose from. The rooms are very spacious, the beds are comfy and clean. The staff are accomodating and helpfiul."
"We stayed overnight in this hotel while waiting for our flight back to Boston the next morning. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Their beds were the best I've slept in for a while and were very cozy. The location to BGC was just across the street and my family and I were able to walk to the mall, shopping stores, and had dinner at one of the nice restaurants. I would definitely recommend this place."
"I stayed in a club room so I had an access to club lounge (snacks and cocktail hours) and service. The hotel is obviously dated, but the staff and the “Thai” hospitality made up for it. Room is very nice and spacious. Gym is quite large and functional, and the pool is ok (on a lower floor). "
"I've stayed here a couple times and it's a much smarter choice than the City Garden GRAND nearby. The rooms are the same size, but lower priced. Staff is pleasant. Beds are comfortable. WiFi is adequate. I'd stay again."
