"What an absolute nightmare. My family booked a reunion at this resort with a group of 32 people. Despite coordinating directly with the resort for over two months leading up to our arrival, they were completely unprepared for our group. The service was consistently disappointing. "It does what it’s supposed to do, but it he ceiling in the bathroom was moldy. There is no screen on the sliding door, so it’s either open or closed. It’s clean enough with virtually no amenities, but it’s in the heart of it all."
