"Excellent Service -Great Location "

"Perfect stay at the Antigua Casona. Great location in the heart of San Blas. The neighborhood was fantastic with amazing restaurants and shops all around. The staff were wonderful, very kind and helpful in organizing day trips out of Cuzco. The room was first-class, one of the coziest hotel stays that I can remember. Clean and comfortable. We were there in the middle of rainy season, and it was such a nice warm place to come back to. Large TV with great options. Internet and other amenities...

"All staff are very friendly and helpful. Reception in morning and evening shift (I remember only RUIT name) help me to call tour agents. Good location can walk to Plaza and near hotel have tradition food restaurant and laundry. Highly recommend stay this LP. I checked in 15-17 Jul 19 and check in again on 20-23 Jul 19 same type of room but I got smaller than 1st check in (as advertised) . And still wait Expedia replied."

The staff went above and beyond, Lucia the concierge made sure we were taken care of, she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The servers at breakfast and dinner were so kind and offer us off menu items and never stopped asking if we needed anything else. The location of the hotel is perfect to enjoy beautiful landscapes and a peaceful atmosphere. The spa is amazing!!...
