"The hotel was convenient especially for an early morning flight. No need to take the Hoppa bus and risk traffic tie ups. My room was comfortable. Though there were take-offs and landings throughout the night, the sound was faint if at all. As hotels go, it is above average but certainly not exceptional in decor or amenities. However, it was definitely exactly what I needed to make my transatlantic trip less stressful."

"Beautiful hotel in a great location. Inside decoration is classy and well maintained. Staff were all excellent. We had a Selwyn Room (407) - big enough for a night or two - but cosy. Nespresso & kettle in room and good choice of tea/coffee. Only 2 very small negatives - the sink tap in our room was very stiff to operate and my wife's breakfast (salmon and eggs on toast) was late in arriving and yet looked rushed (toast undercooked and salmon just piled in a corner of the plate). We would definitely return though."

"The room was clean and spacious. More spacious than some "not budget" places I've stayed. They have food on-site which is great for an "airport" hotel when you don't have a rental car. I'm the morning at checkout I went to the cafe to get a coffee to go. The young man working the cafe was so in tune with my needs. He saw that I was juggling four suitcases and made sure my flat white coffee was well stirred and the lid securely fastened as it was obvious to him that I couldn't juggle for suitcases and a cup of coffee without his extra help. "

"Getting from the Victoria bus terminal to terminal 4 which is where the Hilton is was easy. Hotel was good -- restaurant was very good as was my server Karen. Easy transfer to Terminal 2 for departure. "
