Check in was smooth and all staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and with everything available to make our stay comfortable. Luxury is apparent everywhere, but not flashy like some hotels. Quality and comfort abound. We had such a lovely stay, the bed was super comfy and even the third bed we had put in the room was super comfy. The staff even left a birthday present for my mum when they discovered it was her birthday. A very special overnight stay and I would stay again in a flash.

On the edge of Hyde Park. A few blocks from Shepherd Market, Audley Public House and Oxford Street. Most everything in London is close to something. Concierge service is exquisite and the entire staff is always more than willing to help. Unlikely to be disappointed.

Unbelievably nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated. The service was above and beyond. We traveled with our baby and without even asking, the hotel left a changing pad, baby bath, baby bath products, etc in our room. The location is incredible. The hotel is absolutely fabulous. We were luckily enough to be upgraded to a suite overlooking Hyde Park which was totally and utterly awesome. All staff there were first class with the right level of attention. Just cannot fault at all and far exceeded expectations.

Beautiful Hotel, service was impeccable, staff very highly trained, bartenders on another level, James Bond style, will definitely come back! A very classy hotel, everyone looks very sharp. Front reception was amazing, they exceeded our expectations!
