"We were in a cabin for 5 in a lovely position, very secluded with excellent views. Parking was convenient next to the cabin. Interior was clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The site was a bit run down but it was early season and the bar area and outside seating looked like if could be tidied up and be comfortable. "Lovely hotel in the French countryside. Spacious room, very comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Appreciated the balcony outside the room plus seated areas in the garden and patio with loungers for relaxing. Very tasty breakfast. Free onsite parking. Extremely helpful staff (apart from bar manager). Good onsite restaurant. Only 2km into town where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. Good base for exploring the general area and close to canoeing and train de la Rhune. Couple of negatives. When I book a double room I expect to get a double bed not two singles pushed together - that's a twin room. Shower had no soapdish / shelf so nowhere to put products."
