Accueil et situation géographique qui sont au top. On a apprécié le grand lit, une literie très confort. Pour nous, peu importe la superficie de la chambre car on y va pour dormir et le résultat est au rendez-vous

Établissement à fuir !

Lamentable : à l arrivée, ils n' avaient soit disant qu une chambre pour nous sur les 2 réservées ; il a fallut en catastrophe trouver un autre Hotel pour nos enfants. Puis, le lendemain s'aperçoivent de leur erreur et ..nous facturent la nuitée non prise !! De plus, il faut commander à l'avance les petits déjeuners ( qui ne sont pas terribles et plutôt chiches) : si vous ne le prenez pas, il sera quand même facturé, et si vous n'avez pas commandé, tant pis pour vous, pas de petit déjeuner !! C est dire si les quantités sont calculées au plus juste. Tout cela relève-t'il de l'incompétence ou de la malhonnêteté ? En tout cas, patrons très antipathiques qui trouvent le moyen de nous dire que nous ne sommes pas leur client, (leur client étant selon eux hôtels.com) tout en nous sommant de payer des prestations non effectuées et une nuitée non prise par leur faute !

Accueil chaleureux, séjour très agréable.

Les chambres sont propres et très convenablement équipées. La literie est confortable et récente. Le petit déjeuner est servi à table, simple mais copieux. L'endroit est calme et la famille Rodriguez y est discrète, mais efficace et souriante. À recommander.

Accueil exécrable de la part du propriétaire qui traite ses clients de façons trés agressive pour avoir réalisé un check-out avec 20 minutes de retard : insultes, agressivité,... Ce Monsieur devrait immédiatement changer de métier, il n'est pas fait pour être hotelier.

Dommage que l'heure d'arrivée prevue a partir de 15h00 n'a pu etre respectée. L'hotel etait fermé. Nous somme donc revenu vers 17h00 avec succès ce coup ci. Ensuite plus de couac tout etait tres bien: Chambre , personnel, petits dejeuners copieux et sourires de mise. j'y retournerai sans souci

L'hôtel est agréable, la chambre spacieuse contemporaine est très propre. Le petit-déjeuner est plutôt copieux, varié et de très bonne qualité. Le personnel est accueillant, serviable, et à l'écoute. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir dans cet hôtel qui de surcroît est calme et bien situé géographiquement pour visiter le Pays Basque.

Très bon accueil, hôtel propre et calme, dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas en buffet avec fromage oeufs, charcuterie et petit déjeuner classique pour qu'il soit adapté à tout le monde.

A ne pas rater !

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable au Pays Basque. Mr et Mme RODIGUEZ sont des personnes très chaleureuses et professionnelles. Des chambres impeccables, au calme absolu. Un petit déjeuné copieux servi dans une atmosphère très conviviale. Une restauration excellente a ne pas manquer. Carole et James (Alsace)

Bien sauf que

On a payé le prix affiché (90 € la nuit) au lieu de 80 € sur Expedia. Le matin de la 2ème journée, on décide de repartir (temps exécrable). On a quand même payé une 2ème nuit sous prétexte qu'ils avaient refusé des réservations ... peu probable ! Au global impression de manque de classe manifeste.
