The breakfast that comes with the stay was the best! We are vegetarians but still there were many choices! It is a beautiful property and very clean. The quality of the hotel is excellent. The restaurant was a bit pricey and one dish was too salty for us but it was very good. We stayed at the hottest time to view the eclipse but the AC saved us as many restaurants on the streets didn’t even have an AC. The staff were very helpful, too.

Great property right on the water. Steps towards the beach! A bit of a challenging drive to/from the property into the city. Lots of narrow, winded roads and the path is pitch black at night so be careful. But the beach is beautiful.

Recently renovated hotel however no parking is a major problem. Limited street parking and small private parking across from hotel fill very quickly during summer . Only pool is spa pool which is part of spa which is limited to over 16s also. Great location and nice town but parking made the stay very hard

The spa was great with steam and cold plunge pool. Food was very good but the breakfast buffet was excellent. All of the staff were very helpful once we got there. The room was nice but a little pricey for such a small room. The main reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars was the transportation issue. We used their website to book and PREPAY a round trip private car from the airport. We think that the time zone difference caused the site to move our day out to the next day so when we arrived we had no transfer and the hotel was not helpful telling us to take a taxi or an Uber. They could have just called the transport company and asked them to get us. We took an Uber one way for $198 (cost of round trip!) to find out at the hotel that a taxi cost only $65 - but they didn’t tell us that. They did move the return to the right day for us but admitted that their experience with this outside company was not great even though you book through the hotel website and they make a fee off of it. Bottom line: nice property with great views but a little pricey, friendly staff, great breakfast but arrange your own transport!

Insane view from the room, and great location. Staff is kind and very helpful. The breakfast was great, and food from their restaurant is also very good (a bit pricy). Only thing I can say negative is how small the gym area was, but it gets the job done.

Very nice hotel and especially Ismael, Gerrardo and Sergio at the besch club deserves the highest rating concerning guest hospitality. Made the stay exstremely relaxed and nice.

Great stay

Was a beautiful stay, the manager looked after us and everyone was really friendly. The views were amazing and the room was clean and modern. It feels like a private beach next to it with clear water. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area too!

Overall fabulous stay!

We had the best time and the staff were so lovely! The only thing I would say is the fact you can’t lock your hotel door from the inside, it isn't ideal when you have a 2 year old that can open it. Also our air conditioning was making a noise.

INCREDIBLE STAY!

It was such an incredible stay with staff that treat you like family. The team made my sisters hen do so special, and made such an effort with everyone. The place is also gorgeous, with an amazing beach club, pool, spa and breakfast all included! The place is super clean and the people are amazing! This is a MUST stay, especially for big groups who like to relax.

Gorgeous hotel with stunning views 😍 we absolutely love the swimming pool area. Sauna with a sea view and tarace was just spot on. All staff were super friendly. Thank you to Sergio for being so kind and keeping an eye on us during our stay. He was very helpful 👏
