"Great location. Very nice hotel"

"Everything is perfect From check in to check out. The receptionist was very helpful in assisting us. The breakfast is good. The room is spacious, clean and the bed is very comfortable. "

"Great"

"This boutique hotel is truly one of the most delightful I've had the pleasure of staying in. So many thoughtful details and luxurious touches that just raise the experience to a higher level. I highly recommend this hotel, and I look forward to my next stays! Amazing!"

"Lovely vibe"

"Location is great. Rooms are worn-out, dark and very dusty. However, the bathroom is spacious and clean. Service at breakfast is not professional. They were lots of customers during our stay each morning and the staffs at Bridges restaurant told us that they couldn't handle with the large number of people since there wasn't enough of them. Service was very slow and unorganised. Overall, I think the hotel services and standard doesn't match with the price tag."

"Great breakfast, very friendly staff . The decor wasn’t very relaxing!"

"Staff were lovely and extra helpful. Place was clean and well appointed. Location was absolutely perfect. Not on the very busy roads but right in the heart of Amsterdam."

"The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The room was quiet, spacious, had a comfortable bed and had a private sitting area in their garden. In addition, the location was perfect and close to many restaurants and shops."

"we paid an exorbitant rate for the room and it did not even include a breakfast. bar staff came across as grumpy and were slow. the Heineken draft beer was off and we found out two days later that there was an issue with the refrigeration that was kept secret. expensive as well. the front counter people were friendly yet were unable to provide a text or email when our room was available"
